
Appointment Policies
To accommodate the high demand for appointments and guarantee a full day's wage for our licensed nail artists and professional staff, Totally Tiffany Nails adheres to strict cancellation and downgrade policies for all service appointments.
No Call, No Show
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Same-Day Cancellation or Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling made on the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Service Downgrades
Service downgrades will be charged the full-service fee for the original scheduled appointment.
New Clients
We require a $25 deposit for first-time clients at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied towards your services and is non-refundable in the event of a no show, cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations and changes can only be made through online booking or by calling the salon, (725) 777 - 3700. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or direct messaging from Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, or Google. By booking an appointment at Totally Tiffany Nails, a client agrees to all terms and conditions of our appointment policies.
